ORDERS: If you are emailing over an order and you have not received confirmation, please call to confirm that we have received your order. We have a small staff and sometimes we’re just busy cooking or handling day to day duties and can’t get to it right away. We appreciate your patience!
RECEIPTS: Please try to take the receipts upon delivery. We will do our best to get you the requested receipts in a timely manner, but as said above, we have a small staff that share many duties. Finding, scanning and sending receipts is unexpected time taken out of our schedule. If you’re able to, please hang on to your receipts upon delivery.
